How can we place of an order for jacket whose image is not on your site?

Please email us images of the jacket you like to be stitched of your size and your measurements. We shall stitch the jacket of your any design, size and color. Please send maximum number of jacket images from different angles

How can I pay for my order to leatherjack.com.au?

For customers’ convenience leatherjack.com.au accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Pin Payment, eWay and bank transfer for payment

Can I make changes after placing my order?

For custom size order changes may be made after an order is submitted but within one business day as your order will under process next day. As a result, we are unable to cancel or make any changes after one business day to an order once it has been placed.

Standard size orders are shipped directly from the warehouse same day. We shall try our best to accommodate the changes in jacket, size, color and address before the jacket is shipped.

Where can I look for information on the order I placed?

You will receive an email including all the details of your order like tracking no., price, order no etc.

Do you ship orders worldwide?

Only Australia wide. We dispatch our LeatherJack products to the buyers’ designated locations & addresses using best quality service couriers like DHL, DPEX, etc. from Pakistan for custom orders and Australia Post for ‘Next Day Delivery’ orders.

Is ordering online secure?

Your order is secured and to protect your privacy, we use Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Pin Payment, eWay and bank transfer for payment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For ‘Next Day Delivery’ – We ship through Express / Parcel of Australia Post the same day if orders are received by 3.00 pm. To keep track of your order we email and/or text tracking no. to our valued customers as soon as LeatherJack products are dispatched.

For Custom Orders – 14-21 days to deliver your orders. To keep track of your order we email and/or text Tracking No. to our valued customers as soon LeatherJack products are shipped.

Where do you get your leather?

We purchase the raw hides and apply tanning process to transform them into beautiful leather apparel and accessories
