Our shipping policy is clear to best possibly assure to deliver our commitment & promise through in detail LeatherJack products’ quality and standard check (QC) before shipment.

Couriers:

We dispatch our LeatherJack products to the buyers’ designated locations & addresses using best quality service couriers like DHL, DPEX, etc. from Pakistan for custom orders and Australia Post for ‘Next Day Delivery’ orders.

Shipping Cost:

Our shipping service is FREE OF COST for all the premium, new arrivals, special, sale, seasonal & clearance of LeatherJack products during holidays and normal days.

Returns:

To accommodate your concerns, we accommodate you through accepting ‘Unlimited Returns’ of LeatherJack products – for details please read ‘Returns Policy’.

Shipping Time:

For ‘Next Day Delivery’ – We ship through Express / Parcel of Australia Post. To keep track of your order we provide tracking no. to our valued customers as soon LeatherJack products are dispatched. For Custom Orders – 14 -21 days to deliver your orders. To keep track of your order we provide Tracking No. to our valued customers as soon LeatherJack products are dispatched.



Return & Exchange Policy:

60 Days Unlimited Returns.
Return shipping will be borne by the buyer.

Please share with us your concerns about LeatherJack products as soon as you receive it. To know your concerns quoting all of your order details through sales@leatherjack.com.au We shall contact you and try our best to address your concerns as soon as possible.
LeatherJack product should be returned in the same unused, new and original condition and packing along with its tags.

Custom size and special orders will not be refunded and /or exchanged being customised for your size and instructions. Please check carefully your size and measurements and LeatherJack Size Chart before placing your orders and after receiving LeatherJack products. You can also take help from given YouTube size taking video and LeatherJack Size Chart. LeatherJack follows your instructions, color and size placed in your order.

Worn and altered LeatherJack products are not returnable. Returns processing time is 10 working days. Refunds will be made through EFTs like Paypal, eWay, Pin Payments, bank transfers etc. Should you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us through sales@leatherjack.com.au

We’ll keep you in loop during the entire process via step-by-step notification-emails about your order’s status. As soon as your jacket is shipped we will email you the tracking number of our courier (DHL, Dpex, Australia Post) and you can track your order on their website. How do I change my shipping address?

For custom orders send us an email at sales@leatherjack.com.au with in 7 working days to ensure we get it before your item is shipped. If your item is shipped at the wrong address, we are not responsible for it. If it is returned to us and is not received we will ship is back to you, you will have to pay the postage of that shipment. Standard size orders are shipped same day therefore check your address carefully before placing your order. If your item is shipped at the wrong address, we are not responsible for it. If it is returned to us we will ship it back to you and you will bear the postage of that shipment.
